Use this checklist to separate useful buyer evidence from generic marketing language.
1. Match the Review to the Exact Model
Adjustable bases from the same brand can differ by size, remote, motor, massage, lighting and ports. A review of one model should not be treated as proof about another.
2. Look for Purchase Context
A helpful review explains the mattress used, room setup, size purchased and how long the buyer has owned the base. That context is more useful than a one-line rating.

7. Read Middle Ratings, Not Only Extremes
Three- and four-star reviews often describe tradeoffs: a feature may work but have a limitation, or setup may be straightforward but require two people. Those details can be more decision-useful than “perfect” or “terrible.”
8. Evaluate Support and Documentation
For powered furniture, clear assembly instructions, electrical guidance and a support path matter. A star rating should not replace checking warranty, return and service information yourself.
