Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly on vivavanity.us.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Items damaged due to misuse

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@vivavanity.us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide the return instructions and warehouse address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
